Tayo Falana has over fifteen years professional experience working in the field of Telecoms, Information Technology/Systems design and Analytics, Research Studies, Capacity Building, Project management and appraisal. His work has taken him through the country, exposing him to unique challenges of solving business problems and providing technology interventions across the different zones of Nigeria. Having spent the better part of his career in consulting, he has managed multifunctional teams to deliver on projects that meet client objectives. He has built teams of professionals both from within and outside his firm that have successfully worked to deliver on client objectives.

Tayo has managed several full cycle projects for clients both in the Nigerian public and private sectors consulted for multilateral donor organizations such as the World Bank, European Union, Microsoft, Intel, and the McArthur foundation. He has led several turn-key projects from Design to completion and commissioning and has managed professionals and mentored consultants using clear definition of goals and roles to aid performance while encouraging initiatives that foster team togetherness and project success.

A trained Electrical Electronics Engineer, he holds a Masters degree in Information and Business Strategy from the University of Surrey, Guildford United Kingdom. He is a high level resource that has obtained industry certifications in various fields of Information Technology from leading providers such as Cisco, Microsoft, IBM and Project Management Certification from PMI, amongst several.

He has led several full cycle projects from Design through implementation managing professionals and mentoring consultants using clear definition of goals and roles to aid performance while encouraging initiatives that foster team togetherness and project success.

Recently, Tayo also worked in a Strategic Advisory role, providing Consulting Services to the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Budget and Planning, providing valuable insight in the development of various Government Policies and Programmes, including the development of the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP), National Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy, as well as the Review of the National Infrastructure Master plan (NIIMP). Tayo brings onboard 6th & 9th Ltd core expertise in I.T infrastructure.
